The RPI rate for January 2025, published on 18 February 2026, stood at 3.8 same as the previous month. This figure will affect the April pitch fee reviews. The CPI rate fell to 3.0% from 3.4% the previous month. CPI is not yet applicable in Scotland, but it is expected to be implemented in 2026. Next update 25 March 2026.
