The RPI rate for February 2026, published on 25 March 2026, stood at 3.6 down from 3.8% the previous month. This figure will affect the May pitch fee reviews. The CPI rate remained at 3.0% same as the previous month. CPI will apply in Scotland from 1 April 2026. Next update 25 March 2026.
Please note that some Scottish parks already use CPI, but the RPI will still apply in May due to the 28-day notice period. Everyone should move to CPI from June 2026.
