WWRA ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The 2012 Annual General meeting was held at Breich Valley Church on Wednesday 7 November 2012. 
Chair Wilma Gault welcomed the  audience and gave a resume  of the past year’s work since the last AGM.  Wilma recalled last year’s Christmas Lights and Carol Concert (cold), the two garden parties (sunny) , the barbecue (wet and windy) but all very enjoyable .  She also mentioned the two raffles which raised over £400, the coffee morning at Elaine’s (over £100) and the very successful Ladies Circle which meets every Thursday.  Wilma ventured the thought that a quieter year on the politics front had allowed us to concentrate on social events.  She promised a full programme for 2012/13.  In presenting the financial report members heard that the Treasurer, Kaushalaya Chand, had moved away from the park and had resigned as Treasurer but Joyce Haluch had taken the role of bookkeeper and all the records were up to date.  Current finances stand around £700.  The meeting agreed to keep the 2013 Subscription at £20 per person and since Joyce was willing to continue as bookkeeper (but did not want to act as Treasurer) it was suggested and agreed that the Secretary post should combine as Secretary/Treasurer.  Jim Haluch gave a run down on the latest position regarding the changes coming in park home legislation reporting that the first tranche of changes was likely to become law in early 2013.  A Housing Bill will be introduced in 2013 which will bring even more stringent rules for park home site owners.  The meeting appointed the 2013 committee as Wilma Gault (Chair), Roger Eastland (Vice Chair), Susan Meiklejohn (Secretary/Treasurer) plus Members—Elaine Gilbertson, Jimmy Richardson, Gerald Carson, Tom Meiklejohn, Mike Larkman and Jim Haluch
